Quadrago 3D Wooden Strategy Game

Sometimes the hardest games have the fewest rules. Quadrago has only two. Rule 1: Take turns adding a piece on one of the metal spikes. Rule 2: If you want, you can rotate the center spikes a quarter turn (this is a totally optional move). That’s it. The first player to create a row of four wooden beads wins.

A winning row can occur vertically, horizontally or diagonally, anywhere on the board on any level, row, column or plane (including a double horizontal, which is a row that is diagonal both top-to-bottom and corner-to-corner - yikes!).

Your mind is forced to work not only in three dimensional strategy, but also four dimensional strategy (if you hang with Einstein and accept the fourth dimension as time). Because you’ll need to plot the far future of moves as you plot the near future of moves, all the while trying to counter your opponent (who is doing the exact same thing).

This is the type of game that after a harsh battle, your brain will hurt so much you’ll have to take a nap. Quadrago: one mind twisting, two player, three dimensional, four in a row game.
