These awesome stairs are literally hanging from the ceiling, floating free from any walls around them and defining the room their in rather than being tucked away and just serving their utilitarian purpose. They leave plenty of open space around them, making them look completely unique. I love them. They were designed by Blencowe Levine Associates, and the stairs lead to a rooftop studio.
